My 13 year old son and I have spent the last year traveling Australia and South America. We have a property in Brasil but are moving back to NZ for schooling. We are settling in Queenstown and I am considering housesitting as a way to get a feel for the area before we make a home and as an alternative to renting in the interim. We both love animals but my son is especially gifted when it comes to connecting with and caring for them. He cared for 5 dogs and 7 cats amoungst other various animals in Brasil.
We rented two homes located at the same for the ten years we lived on the Gold Coast Australia and received full bond refunds for both. The property manager there said he had never seen a property left in such a good condition and the new owner send me a message when she moved in to thank me. I can provide details of the manager for confirmation if required. We also received a full bond refund for a property we rented during covid in Gisborne NZ. I am super clean and take great care in my environment.
