Enjoy a glorious Christmas staycation with views across the Tasman and the company of lovable grey and white cat called Smokey. The two storey home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a top balcony, a deck, open plan living and Smokey our cat who is King of the castle.
The neighbourhood is very friendly and there are great walks nearby and a reserve just opposite. The house is ideal for a couple or a small family. Smokey is very friendly and easy to look after, he just needs to be fed twice a day and petted when he is around.
If you are in the Nelson region and would like to meet or view the place before hand this would be fine.
