The property is situated on a 5 acre block and also has an Air b and b rental unit to look after, situated well away from the house to look after for which my wife pays your lady $50 each time it gets re-let.
We are looking for a married retired couple. Please don’t apply if you are a single person.
Start and finish dates are flexible.
A newish Nissan ute, is supplied for taking recycle and garbage to the recycle centre.
Has a fully equipped workshop and single car garage for house-sitter’s car.
Suitable for people who like gardening and are OK at small handyman jobs.
