Hi,
we are looking for a house sitter to take care of our 2 beautiful, overly friendly and involved Shorthair Oriental cats (Lenny and Jones) and our furry little rescue dog Evie. All of them are 3 years old and very friendly, happy wee fur buddies.
One of the cats, wee Lenny, is on a special diet so extra attention will be needed to make sure that he eats his dinner all up and doesn’t share it with his big brother Jones. He can be prone to the odd UTI so I need someone who can keep an eye out for unusual behaviour from him. He is a chatty friendly cat who is always up for a game!
We live an a beautiful sunny, modern house 800m from the beach on the Wild West coast. The location is just stunning and the sky and stars are magical out here.! If you like beach and lake walks this is heaven.
Bethells Beach is about 20 mins from the nearest shops and around 45 mins from Auckland Central. There is no public transport so the sitter will need a reliable car.
There is a heatpump for the cold nights and the internet is good for working from home and streaming tv or movies while snuggling with cats on the couch.
We would prefer a single or couple of sitters please, with good references. Ideally it would be someone who works from home and is mainly around during the day, plus who is able to shut the cats inside when it gets dark as they are not allowed out at night.
