Description
Situated on a small farm close to Rolleston, this modern two storey home is warm, spacious and convenient.
There Sweep, the working Border Collie, Puspus the cat and cows to keep you company.
Once a day the cows will need feeding Hay or Baleage using the farm tractor. This takes around 30-45 minutes. Sweep will keep you company and loves to play football along the way.
There is a fire and heatpump to keep the house comfy.
It’s only 1h30 to MtHutt skifield, 40minutes to the beach and 25minutes to Christchurch city.
