Description
Kia ora,
We are looking for a responsible house sitter to look after our friendly and active 2.5 yr old mixed breed (heading dog x whippet?) doggo in our home. We would love for her to be able to stay at her home while we’re away.
Our house is adjacent to a large park and bike trail, close to WestWave pool and gym, 10 minute walk to shops, train, and grocery store – it’s a handy location! Motorway access is not far.
We have quite a large yard and would love to find someone that wouldn’t mind mowing the lawn, however this is negotiable. We’d welcome you to eat from the veg garden and fruit from the trees.
We have an 8 yr old son, so set up to suit a child(ren) as well, however due to the excitability of our dog, older children would be preferred.
We would also consider sitters with their own dog on a case-by-case basis – our dog likes other dogs, but we would obviously like them to meet to ensure they’d get along!
She is used to someone home for the majority of the day, and would prefer if someone had the ability to work from home / be home often. In saying that, she doesn’t get anxious when we go and is happy to hang out inside or out.
