Description
Our home is a comfortable two storey, light and airy house, in a (usually) quiet neighbourhood with elevated views, and is close to the harbour bridge, public transport, and the local shopping centre, etc. Takapuna beach is close by.
The house has a downstairs area available for guests. The kitchen and main lounge are upstairs. Parking is available in the driveway.
Large garden area but only care would be watering the inside and outside pot plants.
We have one senior, slightly eccentric, female cat – HRH Maybelle. She’s very keen on pats and love, but on her terms, and is quite independent. So not a lot of outlay – feeding twice a day and she does like company.
We have great neighbours, so could potentially offer some flexibility if a night away was needed.
