Description
I’m looking for someone to be around for a few weeks over Christmas/New Year to look out for my friendly and affectionate cat. He’s pretty low maintenance – just needs feeding twice a day and the occasional back scratch and smooch. And there is a garden to water (especially the tomatoes). That could be half an hour every second day, depending on the weather.
You will have the guest bedroom which has a king single bed. It’s quiet and peaceful here and Featherston has seven bookshops to meander through if you like to read.
My house is on the market which means the Real Estate agent may wish to show someone through, but that just means you need to leave the house while they are doing the viewing. As the market is dead quiet it may not even eventuate.
The Wairarapa is wine country and there are plenty of vineyards to explore in nearby Martinborough which is only 15 minutes away.
I’m waiting to be sure I have a sitter before I book my tickets, so dates are still flexible. I look forward to hearing from you.
