Hi!
I am heading away for a few months to walk the South Island half of the Te Araroa and am looking for someone to look after my little house while I’m away. I leave late November and return sometime mid February, so it is a longer-term sit.
Cosy 3 bedroom cottage with a small fenced garden and car port. Two of the rooms are furnished as bedrooms, the third is currently a library! Also worth noting that I don’t have a TV. The house is located close to town and in a generally quiet location.
I don’t have any pets, but do have a number of indoor pot plants and a cottage garden, so having green fingers would be a bonus. I am also happy to rehome the indoor plants while I’m away – so if they aren’t your forte please just let me know!
Because the sit is longer term, I would be looking to negotiate a small weekly payment from you to help cover utilities.
