About
Hello! We are Kelli and John, Two full time travelers housesitting our way around the world. We love animals, and have extensive experience taking care of dogs and cats and chickens, among other animals. We are both able bodied and love garden work, not to mention we are both quite handy when it comes to home maintenance.
We have been house sitting all over the world. We have references on many different sites that we can provide if necessary.
John used to work as a teacher and Kelli worked in technology for a school before we left our jobs to spend a few years traveling. We have also spent many years volunteering with at-risk young folks.
We are currently trying to find housesits in the Auckland area starting mid to late February 2025.
We both love taking long walks and love to be accompanied by dogs. Kelli has a huge heart for cats, and always has a bag of cat treats in her pack when she goes out. They’ve come in very handy in Turkey and Greece where there are dozens of cats to pet. We also love adventures and making new friends, and have built some very wonderful relationships with our past housesitting hosts. We hope to find some more wonderful people to befriend in New Zealand.

Had the pleasure of having Kelli and John housesit for me while i went overseas, lovely couple came to visit and got on really with my furbaby Tommy, excellent with communication prior to the house sit, during my absence i was kept up to date with Tommy via messages and photos, they both kept the house clean and tidy upon my return. looked after the garden for me during my absence. and even baked my neighbours cookies for Christmas, they were liked by my neighbours and most importantly liked by Tommy Definately dont have any negatives! Would love to have them again if they were available.
