Description
We are a professional semi-retired couple requiring someone to house sit for us and look after our friendly little dog Max – 12 years old – (Bichon Frise, Maltese and Shitzu blend), and our cat Louie – 11 years old.
We are looking for someone to feed Max and Louie, walk Max at least once a day and play with him. Max may be needing some medication in the near future.
Our house is in Waikanae Beach in a newish subdivision. It is 9 years old, has 2 useable bedrooms for a house sit, 2 living spaces and two large outdoor areas for relaxing in. It is near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is in a sunny situation. We have a small vegetable garden which may provide some fresh produce for our house sitter. Contribution to heat pump costs over winter months to be discussed.
We are close to lovely walks near the beach and wetlands, and are close to the Transmission Gully expressway. We would prefer a retired or semi-retired couple. Must be non-smokers.
