Description
Hello!! Our priority is Syd, a 12 year old Jack Russell. He is quite shy, he has a lovely kind nature, enjoys walks in the nearby park and going out for coffee where he will sit quietly under the table. He is not food driven and is well socialised but gives big black dogs a wide berth!! Loves riding on the trolley in Mitre10 where he’s patted and admired by fellow shoppers!! He also enjoys riding in the basket in front of our push bikes if you are so inclined.
Our red brick home is situated in a small, quiet cul de sac with great neighbours and a walk way through to Hinemoa Park, Syd’s favoured walking park. Our three bedroomed house is warm and sunny with two heat pumps and a log burner. The master bedroom has an ensuite, TV and a dressing room, the second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third is set up as an office. There are two attractive covered outdoor seating options, a vege garden, flowers and shrubs all of which may require watering depending on the weather. We may need one mow of the lawn, also depending on the weather. The Christchurch Press is delivered daily and we have sky TV for the sports enthusiasts. The newish kitchen has a dishwasher.
We are only a few minutes from Kaiapoi’s two supermarkets, several garages, the library, swimming pool and a range of other shopping options with the Waimakariri River less than two kilometres away. Christchurch City is approximately 15 minutes away as is the airport.
