About
Born in UK. We came to live and work in New Zealand in 1974 and soon became NZ citizens. My wife Maggie worked at the BNZ for more than 30 years and I was self employed in the building industry for many years before becoming a antique dealer. Except for a 3 year stint in Australia we have always lived on Auckland’s North Shore with homes in Murrays Bay, Milford and Takapuna. We moved back to the UK in 2018 to be close to family and completed a major renovation on a waterfront home. The time seems right for a extended trip back to NZ and house sitting seems a good option. We are planning our trip between Nov24 and May25 so any dates in between would be wonderful. We consider ourselves very fastidious and practical and have already done 2 six week house sits for friends in Australia.
