Description
Small simple house on private ten acre block. Totally warm and cozy – Log fire with wet back heat pump and HRV. 2 great easy care dogs to look after with a couple of simple walks required daily to the back of the block an back…(about 20 minutes). They also have a jail that they can be put into if you leave the block for a day visit elsewhere. There are a few retired chooks and a master rat catcher cat. There are six beefies as well, but they will be ok as they will be on neighbours block and there free to roam back home with paddock gates open!!
We are finally off to Germany to catch up with family. We have a wedding to attend and finally a catch up visit to Angie’s son and partner in Munich. Also a bit of wheat beer with the brother in laws. We have not been back for six years due to covid etc etc so really looking forward to this trip.
We will be gone for about six weeks all up. There is plenty of room here for your vehicle / camper van / caravan but of course you can have your own room if you prefer the house. (The dogs do!!) There is also Sky (no movies / sport as have to sav money for this trip lol), and also broadband. There will be no need to do gardening / lawns etc…
There will obviously need to be a meet up first to see if both parties ok and also some time at the house before departure to show the different systems around the house. Feel free to get in touch, we are happy to answer any question, and are able to meet up for a coffee anytime in the future first. ( I have tried to download a photo. but after two hours have given up lol – obviously not intuitive enough!!!. lol. I can always send a text photo if needed…..)
