Our home is 5min to Opotiki and 20min to Ohope. It is a short walk to a safe swimming and fishing beach with clear views of the beach from the house.
A modern home designed for the sun with a wood fireplace for heating and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Good internet.
We have half a dozen beef cattle on our land so are looking for a person/couple comfortable with keeping an eye on livestock, water troughs and electric fences.
No pets but plants that require watering.
Good neighbours who are available if any problems arise.
