Family home near Mapua in Tasman with sea views and swimming pool. 5 bedroom 3 bathroom with modern heating and facilities set in 5 hectares.
‘There is a small separate sleepout which would suit someone with a house bus otherwise double guest room and family bath is available.
‘We have chickens, 2 Guinea pigs, an elderly Labrador and an elusive cat that will need a little care. Chickens need very little day to day as they have large feeders and water. The Guinea pigs are free range and the cat thinks we are the worst family in the world and spends as little time with us as possible. Our elderly lab needs feeding twice daily and love, too old to walk far.
We also have a vegetable garden and greenhouse- watering this twice daily and using anything harvested including eggs is expected.
