Built as a farmhouse in 1901 for Adam Bell, this Edwardian Villa was converted into a restaurant in 1984. Then in late 1994, The Peppertree was transformed into a luxury accommodation. Constructed from native timbers rimu, kauri and matai, the interior has been refurbished in sympathy with the era of the home.
