I am from Rotorua North Island. Retired and a home owner.
Last year I travelled to Darwin to housesit/petsit. I enjoyed it so much I decided to try my luck in New Zealand. So, that is what I am now doing. Home and abroad.
I am very fit and active, enjoy gardening, home maintenance and caring for animals. Walking a dog is not a problem. I am very house proud, non-smoker, no drugs, and not young enough to have wild parties anymore!! I love the country life, also being in towns suits, if I have to fly to a destination I will not hesitate at my cost, with a plan to be met at airport etc.
Having recently completed 2 housesits in Christchurch where I was by a bus stop and so able to take day trips easily. But I also had use of the owners car if needed.
I sometimes like company so have a sister who has joined me on the longer sits so that has to be approved by you first. She is also retired and very respectful of others property.
Im just updating my profile to include that I have now completed 4 house/pet sits in this lovely country I call home. Thankyou to those who have accepted me as their trusted housesitter. I do have references for those housesits.
This year has been amazing and next year I would love to travel to Dunedin, Invercargill as havnt been there in a few years’. Just saying.
