Description
The house is 4 bedroom and 100 metres from Newmarket railway station and 3 minutes walk to Westfield mall. Extremely handy to everything including motorway. In a gated community (but no gates) which has a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, spa, and sauna .
House has all modern facilities. Wifi, sky, netflix etc
I have a 4 year old Labradoodle called Scud, and a 12 year old cat called Bubba. Scud is exercise crazy and loves walking, chasing balls, swimming. I generally walk him to the museum / domain daily and often take him to the beach. He is incredibly friendly and loves everyone. Gets a bit of separation anxiety so he suits a house sitter who doesn’t work fulltime or long hours or works from home.
I will be away in Wanaka from approximately 28 July until 20 September and would like someone for all of that time.
Also a couple of other week long house sits at other times of the year
