Description
Lovely location situated 10 minutes from the town centre. A four bedroom home with all the amenities you could ask for. Lux my dog is the main focus so someone that loves animals and happy to exercise him at least once preferably twice a day. Currently Lux gets a 5km walk with me each morning and then a long run at night. Grounds and gardens are lovely to relax in The home is large (380m2) and is heated by a large log burner in the main lounge and a commercial heat pump along with other heating throughout the property if required however if it is a couple you literally live in one end of the property with the large living area – it is a very warm and sunny home. There are three bathrooms – rural and very private as it is a dead end road. There is a tennis court if you fancy a game and a nice outdoor patio area to sit and relax in the day/evenings. A large front lawn which Lux who is 4.5 years old loves to run around on chasing sticks. The river is 10 minutes away and the property will come with a car to use for the dog if needed. Please note I am only going away for 12 days.
There is one thing – you need to drive to get to all the walking spots as there are not any around here but maximum is a 10 minute drive some amazing spots….
