Description
Hi, we are needing someone to take care of our three happy friendly outside dogs and much loved shy older cat for three weeks in Pirongia, while we are away over New Year. The dogs will need daily feeding, pats and a run in the paddock adjoining the house. Cat will also need feeding and spoiling. House is comfortable, large and two stories (so there are stairs to negotiate) with a wood burner and heap pump for warmth/air-conditioning. A local Four Square is available for groceries or it is a ten minute drive into Te Awamutu for shopping. There are some good walks/tramps available nearby on the mountain along with some really good mountain bike tracks. A day trip to visit either Raglan or Kawhia can be made in under an hour to enjoy some beach time. Dig your own hot pools at low tide at the ocean beach at Kawhia for a relaxing soak to complete your day.
