4 bedroom house near Te Kauwhata in Northern Waikato available. We have our house set on 2 acres of land with half of it lawn and idyllic quiet setting on the outskirts of the Te Kauwhata township. No expectation of gardening etc. at all. Just enjoy the setting that we have. Yes, we have a labrador dog who is good fun but quite happy to do his own thing. We will have a Holden car available to use if required. We have lived here 17 years and enjoy the setting – great golf course 5 minutes away. Te Kauwhata is quite central to Auckland, Hamilton, Raglan and the Coromandel area.
