My unit is pretty basic. It is 58 square metres and includes 2 bedrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen and bathroom. I’m next to a field, which means it is generally peaceful. I have a small, enclosed courtyard out back as well.
im about a 15 minute walk (2 minute bus) from the local supermarket, which is New World. Best cafe in the area would be Breaking Bread. There is a golf course a short drive away, and plenty of beautiful scenery. Hamilton is just a bus ride away, too.
I would like someone in my house to feed my cats twice a day and just keep my house being used. I will be contactable though, just in a different time zone.
