Description
We have a small 3 bedroom house with a beautiful yard. Located about a block away from the Hakarimata steps and about 1km from Te awa walkway and the best cafe in Ngaruawahia – Kaireke.
The birds sing and the view is wonderful.
There are a number of fruiting trees and gardens that would benefit from watering during the dry stints. Feel free to harvest and eat the ripe fruit or veg 🙂 it takes about an hour to mow.
Flip is our doggo. He is a 9-year-old whippet collie who loves his porch spot, chasing kitties that enter the yard, and barking at the postman ( poor postman). He is a lovely, easygoing, relaxed dog who loves going for walks along the Waipa. He has great recall and is well trained. He hates fireworks and thunderstorms and needs extra cuddle when they occur. He often will hide underneath our girls bed.
