Description
Kia ora! My husband and I are going to the UK to visit family and would love a dog-confident house sitter to keep our greyhound Ralph company. We live on the north shore in a peaceful neighborhood in a standalone house with a generous garden, parking and a 10 minute walk to one of the biggest bus stations in Auckland with quick and frequent connections to downtown. You are also a 10 minute drive to multiple beach options.
Our greyhound Ralph is five years old and retired from racing in 2021. He is a gentle giant but does require someone that is confident with dogs. He will sleep for most of the day but like most dogs is keen for his routine walks twice a day, first thing in the morning and in the early evening. Sometimes the additional zoomie around the garden when he’s excited to burn off some extra energy.
