Description
We have a lifestyle property on 2.5 hectares, in a quiet spot with great views of the Te Mata Peak and the surrounding countryside. 20 minutes drive south of Havelock North.
We are looking for house sitters to look after our home, cat, 3 dogs (all older) that would need daily exercise.
There are also four goats to be feed daily, and 20 sheep on the property, they just need the water troughs checking. Our neighbour is on hand if necessary.
We have parking for a caravan or camper if needed. Also, use of a vehicle if you wanted to take dogs to the river or park for walk if you wanted to be a bit more adventurous than walking locally.
There is minimal gardening due to the time of the year, but if you are happy driving the ride-on mower to keep on top of the grass that would be great.
