Would you like to spend some time where others go on holiday?
Spend your Xmas break at beautiful Coes Ford and look after our house and farm pets, whilst we are away. ð
A little bit about us and the house:
We are a German couple, enjoying life on our little “farm”. The house has everything you need, a bedroom, open living/dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a massive garden.
The nearest shopping options are in Lincoln, Rolleston or Leeston which are roundabout 10km away.
A little bit about the animals:
We have two barn cats, five alpacas, two sheep, five chicken and three ducks.
None of them need excessive care, it’s really just feeding the cats, as well as the chicken and ducks and letting the chooks out in the mornings and closing the door at night.
Our cats live outside and sleep in the barn, but loves to hang out with humans and play with them.
***Our dog Igor usually always comes with us, but we cannot take him this time and he will be staying home with you. He is a 5 year old border collie / huntaway cross and well trained, He is very active and used to one hour long walks at least once a day. He loves playing fetch and won’t stop on his own. ð ***
Other than taking care of our pets, there is not a lot to do here, but we would expect that the sitter keeps it in a tidy & clean condition.
If you love gardening though, you will have lots of fun here! ð
If you feel comfortable to look after our pets and the house, please get in touch. We hope that we will find someone who can help us out and at the same time enjoys our beautiful country retreat.
